How it works

The information from your initial assessment is used to design a custom plan based on your goals, schedule, lifestyle, and foods you enjoy. 
Progress is tracked using various methods and reviewed during your weekly check ins to determine whether modifications need to be made to your plan, ensuring continuous progress for the following week. The entire process is based around simple science and my own personal experience being a coach and competitive athlete for 10 years,
